Biography Troy has over 25 years of experience and success in a range of areas including Operations Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Global Benchmarking, Team Development, Strategic and Financial Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Lean Six Sigma, Mentoring Programs and much more. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and training in TPM Practices and Lean Six Sigma.

Troy has always been very active in his community. He has many seasons under his belt as a youth sports coach, advises a campus group at the University of Richmond and is a past Board President of the Concert Ballet of Virginia.
